I just want to say this is the greatest dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. Dr. Kelin is so precise and thorough. All the staff is so kind and I travel all the way from the United States to come here. I would never step foot in another dentists office. I highly recommend all your family and friends come here. Dr. Kelin and her team at Crystal Dental Care are amazing! I had a cleaning, whitening, and they fixed the chip in my tooth, as well as the gap. My teeth look much whiter! And the chip and gap are completely gone/fixed! 😍🙌

Every time I had work done there it was perfect I can't say enough good stuff I went to another place in town they messed up my tooth Crystal dental Lab was able to fix me on my tight schedule because I was leaving in 2 days they got me fixed up and it's been very nice I'm going back this week I highly recommend them you'll never find a place any better

Wow! This place was awesome. My first dental experience in CR was super positive. I walked in with no appointment with discomfort in my gums. They had me in the chair in less than ten minutes, cleaned my teeth and fixed my problem. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. But the star was Dr Kayleen not sure if I'm spelling correctly. She was so wonderful and has a great bedside manner. She even asked if she could give me a hug after. You just don't get that everywhere. She was professional, knowledgeable and helped me through a painful situation. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Alonso and his team are very professional and pay particular attention to detail. I got new crowns on my upper teeth a month ago and two implants on the bottom. What a blessing it is to be able to eat without food stuck between my teeth. Doctor carefully fit each of my new teeth in place with the technician who made them, making small adjustments as he went for a perfect fit. I’m very thankful to have been able to find such a great team to work with and I look forward to finishing the job next winter. A great excuse to go back and spend time at Playa Jaco.

Some people go to Costa Rica, specifically Playa Jaco to vacation - I came for dental work. I called various dentists in the area to get a feel for pricing. I was getting crowns and I decided to go with Crystal Dental because they're price point was exactly in the middle. They also do not have to send any of their molds away and can have the work done same day.
The receptionist was very accommodating and was fluent in Spanish and English. She booked my appointment for crowns the next day as time was of the essence for me. She confirmed my booking via whatsapp and managed to get me in earlier bonus! My trip was completely unplanned. The office was very clean and they had some modern looking machines.
The dentist, Dr Balmaceda made me feel at complete ease. Him and his assistant were friendly and professional. The technology was in my opinion top of the line and I would argue more advanced than in Canada. He gave me his professional recommendations but was not pushing additional treatments. I choose to have 5 of 7 crowns done.
The "teeth" were done in an hour! The crowns fit perfect and the color matched. I had broken my front tooth so to me, that was the most important. The technicians and all the staff involved were extremely proud of their work and with mouth wide open all I could hear was their admiration of my teeth. Good feeling for sure. I was handed the mirror and slight problem. A white discoloration appeared on the front tooth. I didnt like it. Should it have been on one of the others it wouldn't have bothered me. The dentist thought thst perhaps it could be an air bubble and asked me to come back the next day when the office opened. I did and the discoloration was still there. He changed it. No questions asked! He has 100% patient satisfaction guarentee. No additional charge, no unauthorized charges. What I was quoted is what I paid.

They far exceeded my expectations. I am happy and my Crystal Dental smile shows it 😁
